"The incident happened on 22nd of November when the young girl was on her way home from a show, and walked into the subject (Mr Wahid) who had push the helpless girl to the floor only to perpetuate his devilish desires" said Sergent Raphael Azenyitiga.
The mutilated victim was left in stupor state before she get a bit conscious, then trekked home to meet her parents who rushed her to the nearest health service center for proper treatment.
The parents of the object spurn to be present in court all because they want resolve out of court where served a bench warrant by the presiding judge (Mr Justice Emmanuel Kofi Sunu) saying that their actions was thoughtless and negligence, went further by saying children were national assets and gifts from God and it the duty of every parent to care for their child.
